Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov he did not comment on Gen. Mark Milley's call to “cut the throats of the Russians.”
The Washington Post previously reported that Milley allegedly made such a call. Milli made his speech, according to the newspaper, during Ukrainian military exercises in Germany.
“I have not seen such statements,” Peskov answered when asked by journalists.
