Moscow's foreign policy concept will be completed due to Russia's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said today's situation in the world.
According to him, Russia's foreign policy documents are undergoing changes. Peskov noted that a week earlier, during the operational meeting of the permanent members of the Security Council, the main outlines of the new foreign policy concept of the Russian Federation were discussed. “The situation is not static in this respect, it is developing dialectically on our part,” he stressed.
