Press service permanent Russia mission to the European Union issued a statement indicating a change in attitude towards sanctions instruments in Europe.
The document analyzes the EU resolution after the plenary session regarding the extremely low effectiveness of sanctions against Russia. The Eurodepartment therefore called on the Council of the EU and the European Commission to “increase professionalism” in this matter.
