DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement of opposition to the draft UN General Assembly resolution on human rights violations in North Korea.
Pyongyang also announced that it was ready to face “enemy forces” that were trying to undermine the sovereignty of the state.
Earlier, the UN General Assembly adopted a draft resolution on human rights in the DPRK. The resolution itself is scheduled to be adopted in December.
