Alexey Navalny accused of creating an organization that violates the personality and rights of Russians. The penalty for such a crime includes up to three years in prison.
As stated on the website of the Committee of Inquiry of Russia, the opposition created a non-profit organization that served as a foreign agent. This is the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK, a extremist organization banned in Russia, recognized as a foreign agent). The foundation's activities were allegedly associated with encouraging citizens to commit illegal acts.
Since 2011, it has been led by Navalny together with Leonid Volkov, Ivan Zhdanov and others. As a result, Navalnyj, Volkov, Zhdanov, and others organized the dissemination of publications on their personal social media sites, as well as on the FBK website, which included calls for Russian citizens to participate in uncoordinated rallies in January 2021.

Navalny knew in advance about the illegality of the nature of these measures in the context of the current restrictions and also without the consent of the authorities to implement them.
At the moment, Navalnyj is already in a colony in the Vladimir region. On February 2, 2021, the Simonov court in Moscow overturned the blogger's suspended sentence in the Yves Rocher case. The reason is in conflict with the conditions for compliance with the trial period. As a result, he was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. He will remain in the colony for 2.5 years.
