In Kazakhstan, local nationalists raided and demanded that all citizens speak only the Kazakh state language. Video reports are posted on the YouTube channel Til Maydani Online Party, founded by activist Kuat Akhmetov. Nationalists most often visit shops and check the language employees speak.

Similar raids are carried out in many cities in Kazakhstan. The network has a video on the channel with an apology from a Russian-speaking woman who mentioned in an interview with radicals that Aktau was founded by the Russians (the city was called Shevchenko until 1991). In many headlines, Russian-speaking nationalists are referred to as “guest workers,” but they misspell the word. In general, all nationalist entries on a channel page are illiterate.

In another video, radicals try to find out from a Russian-speaking man named Sláva whether or not he wants to speak Kazakh. “You live in Kazakhstan, you have to talk,” says the nationalist.

It is worth noting that in the comments many viewers support the actions of Akhmetov and his supporters. As Readovka notes, the head of Rossotrudnichestva Yevgeny Primakov (Sandro) has already pointed out the video with an apology in Russian. It is not known whether there will be any reaction from Russian officials.
