President of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina of the Russian Federation said that people in Russia will always be able to exchange their currency for rubles.
At a press conference after the central bank board meeting, Nabiullina said which ones she had in mind, including dollars and euros.
< p>About the countries that issue these currencies, “it can be said that they don't want us to actively use them,” said the chairman of the Bank of Russia.
