President of Belarus & nbsp ; Alexander Lukashenko said Minsk would refrain from contacting the West until sanctions were lifted.
“Until these brain sanctions are lifted,” Lukashenko said, “and (will not stop) the humiliation of our people.”
He also said that international observers had been invited to visit the Russian-Belarusian exercise West 2021, but no one came in. The politician called the position of Western countries in this regard “ fine-grained“.
