Russian and Chinese space activities pose a threat to security Great Britain. This was stated by Chief of Staff of the British Air Force Michael Wigston in an interview with The Telegraph.
He claims that Moscow and Beijing are allegedly conducting “dubious operations” in space. In particular, they engage in various “dangerous activities” on a daily basis, which can lead to the destruction of other countries' satellites.
According to him, Russia has also placed several satellites that have “characteristic weapons” in the last year. Wigston pointed out that previously Chinese specialists had conducted appropriate tests on their obsolete satellites.
