Russia is reportedly “slowing down” meetings in the Normandy format. This view was expressed by Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba. Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said it would not be possible to hold a ministerial meeting of the Normandy Four countries on 11 November.

By recently, Kiev, Berlin and Paris received a draft final document of the Normandy Four ministerial meeting, proposed by Moscow. “In fact, the Russian proposal went against them and consisted mainly of clichés of Russian propaganda,” Kuleba told UNN.
