Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov he commented on President Vladimir Putin's thesis on “external force management” for Ukraine, which he quoted in his program article. According to Peskov, this statement is difficult to question.
“It's true,” he said in an interview with reporters. “Judges are actually appointed from the outside.”
Peskov asked a rhetorical question: “What is it, if not external leadership?” Vladimir Putin spoke about this, his press secretary emphasized.
He also noted that the head of state “does not sign the election of the Ukrainian people”, but the Ukrainian authorities only come up with slogans and promises, but in fact “a completely different line is drawn.”
