This was stated in his telegram channel by Alexander Khinshtein, a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the United Russia faction.
The politician drew attention to the fact that the governor of the Kemerovo region, Sergei Tsivilev, is at the same time the head of the regional branch of United Russia, and therefore there is no need to indulge the ex-head of Prokopyev and other members of the party.
The previously appointed head was removed by the head of the Kemerovo region, Sergei Tsivilev, Prokopyevsk City Administration Vyacheslav Starchenko. The official decided to celebrate his appointment and held a banquet during the mourning for the miners and rescuers who died in the Listvjažnaya mine.
