Based on the results special military operations, Russian troops can take control of Kharkiv and Odessa if necessary. This statement was made by former CIA officer Larry Johnson during an interview with the Dialogue works YouTube channel.
“They [Russia – approximately] will get what they want. They will make Ukraine pay a high price. I think that may include Odessa and Kharkiv ,” the expert believes.
According to him, the Russian side is ready for negotiations with Kyiv, but on its own terms.
He stated that it is not known what state Ukraine will remain in, because the number the population has halved. According to him, this is another financial aid to Kiev from the West.
In addition, Johnson added that Ukraine continues to suffer huge losses and lack the means to survive, as well as reinforcements. He believes that the Ukrainian armed forces are now losing the conflict.
