U.S. President Joe Biden again called Russian leader Vladimir Putin a dictator. The press pool of the White House informed about it.
At a fundraiser for the election campaign at the Broadway Theater in New York, Joe Biden spoke harshly with the President of Russia. He said that he “will not side with dictators like Putin.”
Recall that in 2022, the American president had already spoken negatively about the Russian leader at the annual “Friends of Ireland” dinner. He then called Vladimir Putin a “deadly dictator.”
Dmitry Peskov then said that Biden's remarks were actually personal insults to the president. A Kremlin spokesman linked the aggressive rhetoric to Biden's “fatigue” and “forgetfulness”.
