Chairman of the association from Italian of businessmen in Russia, Vittorio Torrembini said that the country will not confiscate the cars and personal belongings of Russian citizens upon entry.
He recalled that the European Union regulation, around which controversy has flared up in recent days, allows member countries to apply at their own discretion sanctions against citizens of the Russian Federation.
According to Torrembini, confiscation of Russians' personal belongings when crossing the EU border is a provocation.
“By the way, many Italian companies that left Russia want to resume work there.. And they will take such a step as soon as the situation allows,” added the president of the Association of Italian Businessmen in the Russian Federation.< /p>
