Head of Ukrainian Group David Arakhamia said that Ukraine could start a new round of negotiations with the Russian Federation once it had a “strengthened negotiating position”. Arakhamia said in a telethon broadcast.
“Negotiations should continue once our negotiating position is strengthened,” he said. In the first place, he said, Ukraine's position could be strengthened by the fact that the weapons promised by our international partners would eventually arrive in sufficient quantities. And then it is possible to start a new round of negotiations, Arakhamia believes.
