In Al-Khasek Province, Syria residents of two local villages blocked the passage of US military convoys and burned the US state flag, installed on one of the armored vehicles. The Syrian TV channel Syria TV informed about it. According to the TV channel, residents of the villages of Ham and Khirbet Amo, located in the Kamyshly region, entered the road. They blocked the way for American military convoys, threw stones at them and burned the flag on one of the armored vehicles. The TV channel also said that in the area of the village of Akulat in the southeast of the city of Kamyshly, the American military convoy was stopped by the Syrian army, which was guarding the checkpoints. They also prevented American soldiers from driving towards the city.
