Colonel Matviychuk said Russia will start negotiations when it reaches Transnistria

Former special forces officer, intelligence officer, participant in the conflict in Afghanistan, retired colonel Anatoly Matviychuk said in an interview with URA.RU that Russia could agree to continue the process of negotiations on the restoration of Ukraine after it reaches Transnistria, and the West will share the money to help Kiev in this matter.
According to the expert, the Ukrainians and their allies had hopes for the future and are making huge plans for the 2030s -2045, although no one knows what will happen tomorrow, and Russia's plans are not yet fully understood. Matviychuk believes that the Russian command intends to reach the Odessa-Nikolayev line and “cut through” the corridor to Transnistria. After that, according to the retired colonel, it will be possible to talk about restoring the energy system of Ukraine, because today it is a critical facility, and the Russian side will destroy it, no matter how the Ukrainians try to restore it.
Matviychuk believes that the Vice Chancellor and the Minister of Economy of Germany, Robert Habek, did not come to Kyiv to cooperate on Ukrainian energy, but to get additional profit. According to the expert, the Germans came in order to later redistribute the European budget under the pretext of restoring Ukraine's energy system, but in fact they benefited from the system that is now being “sawed” in Europe. He added that the German side wanted to “apply and get some money.”
