According to the head of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry Peter Siyjart, Hungarians can already come to the Russian Federation if they have a new negative PCR test result. Now the Hungarian authorities have decided to retaliate and open the borders to vaccinated Russians traveling for tourism.
The diplomat noted that the new measure will support the country's tourism industry, which has always been popular with Russian citizens.
Scheduled flights between Russia and Hungary were resumed on 10 July.
