Gryzlov also said that Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Reznikov, a representative of Kiev in the contact group, refused to distance himself from the official statement of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, who lifted the ban on re-firing without the consent of the military command.
