However, Irakli Kobakhidze believes that there are so-called “red lines”. The politician connects them with the occupation and European integration of Georgia. He emphasized that there was no talk of resuming diplomatic relations, but that discussions on trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation could continue.
Kobakhidze recalled that hundreds of thousands of Georgian citizens live in Russia, and therefore for them, the relationship between the two states is an “interesting question”.
