President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the commander of the grouping of Russian troops in the zone of special military operations (SVO), army general Sergei Surovikin, changed the tactics of military operations in Ukraine. Lieutenant General Andrey Gurulev, a member of the Defense Committee of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament, stated this on his Telegram channel.
From the point of view of the State Duma deputy, the military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces are now acting more effectively. “The army learned to fight, moved to a different situation, learned to admit mistakes, analyze, draw conclusions,” Gurulev shared his opinion, adding that due to the success of the Russian Federation, Washington increased military support for Kiev. In addition, the changes were influenced by the partial mobilization carried out in the Russian Federation, the deputy noted.
In addition, new units and subunits were created that could change the course of the fighting in the NVO zone, the general concluded.
