US Secretary of State Ned Price speaks in front of reporters, he assured that Washington will continue to communicate with the leaders of the Belarusian opposition, despite the introduction of new restrictions on diplomatic and technical personnel of the US Embassy in Minsk in the country. He stressed that President Lukashenko's regime was to blame for the deterioration of US-Belarus relations.
