Heads of Russian regions with a high probability of resignation. According to experts, this list includes the governors of the regions Vladimir and Oryol, Vladimir Sipyagin and Andrei Klychkov. Khakassie leader Valentin Konovalov and Maritime Territory leader Oleg Kozhemyako were also in the “red zone” of political stability with a high probability of resignation.
Conclusions were made about Klychkov in connection with the detention of the head of the regional health department, Ivan Zalogin. Sipyagin has a record low sustainability rating (five points). “He will almost certainly leave the post of governor in the fall and be elected to the State Duma on the federal list of the Liberal Democratic Party.” Similar prospects in the lower house of parliament apply to Klychkov.
And experts do not rule out the same future for Khakassie boss Valentina Konovalov. Kozhemyako got into the “red zone” due to an acute intra-elite conflict, writes RBC.
There is also a “green zone” in the list. More than 20 regional leaders were involved. These are, in particular, the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, the head of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov, the head of the Crimea Sergei Aksenov, the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“Ramzan Kadyrov (Chechnya) remains the only leader of the North Caucasus federal district,” experts say.
