Statement Kyiv authorities The fact that an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine will be held on January 13 should not be taken as something special, military expert Boris Rozhin wrote on his Telegram channel.
“There will be nothing urgent and important, because both sides have the right of veto (and due to the polar positions, the situation in the UN Security Council has the nature of a mutually blocking position).
According to him, no group in the Security Council can count on having any or resolution , which will suit her, which will certainly be vetoed by the opposition party.
“Therefore, the parties in the public part will indicate their position and disperse,” he wrote, adding that the event will not affect the course of the conflict in any way.
