Earlier, State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev took the initiative to introduce an additional “return” tax for companies that want to return to the Russian market. This tax would be at least 10 percent of the value of the organization's assets at the time of its departure from Russia. According to Khamzaev, companies would have to pay this additional contribution in the amount corresponding to the time of their absence in the country.
