Earlier, Konstantin Gavrilov, head of the Russian delegation to the military security and arms control talks in Vienna, said that Moscow had a “B” plan on security guarantees. According to him, such a plan was developed in case the US and NATO did not respond to Moscow's proposals. Nevertheless, I would not want to resort to such measures, said the diplomat. In December, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced draft agreements between Russia and the United States and NATO on security guarantees. In response, the United States will present its list of concerns about Russia's actions.
