Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation, named after Alexander Bastrykin intends to find out which of the Ukrainian commanders was involved in the demolition of the dam in Uglegorsk TPP in Svetlodarsk.
The dam is located on the river Lugan in the Donetsk People's Republic. According to security forces, its mining is capable of flooding nearby villages and Svetlodarsk itself, which will endanger at least 15,000 people.
During the investigation, Russian officials will investigate all the circumstances of the incident.
