Head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin ordered the Russian Federation to open criminal proceedings in the case of “Video from Kupjansk” with the killing of civilians. This was announced in the Telegram channel of the law enforcement agency.
“Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin ordered the opening of criminal proceedings in the case of torture and murder of civilians in Kupyansk,” he says.
There he emphasized that the staff of the investigative committee will take measures to find out the circumstances of the death of civilians, as well as those who participated in their torture and murder, and bring them to justice.

It should be noted that the former commander of the “Azov” battalion (the organization is a terrorist organization and banned on the territory of the Russian Federation) Maxim Zhorin published a video showing the bodies of the killed residents of Kupjansk with their hands tied.
