Telegram news channels report the arrest of two men in Moscow who released balloons with a banner over Red Square. According to a number of reports, the police believed that the poster read “discredit the army” and that it had the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

The database says that “four balloons with the flag of Ukraine” were spotted on the afternoon of May 12. One of the eyewitnesses told the police that they saw a foreign car – it stopped near the Kremlin, bullets were fired from the passenger compartment, after which the car drove off. Soon the car was stopped, inside were two young citizens of Tajikistan. The men said that they did not mean any politics and that the poster said “Thank you for my daughter” and that the color of the sign was pink-yellow-purple.
