Oil refining equipment in Ukraine was damaged. “As a result of shelling, equipment was damaged at one of the oil refining facilities,” Ukraine's Energy Ministry said on its Telegram channel on November 14, without specifying the location of the facility. “No casualties,” the department noted.
According to Ukraine's Ministry of Energy, cited by Lenta.ru, nine thousand subscribers had power outages. Outages were also observed in Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv Oblasts, as well as Ukrainian-controlled territories in Zaporozhye and Kherson Oblasts and the Donetsk People's Republic.
