TASS reports, that an explosion thundered in the center of Lugansk near the building of the General Prosecutor's Office of the LPR.
“A strong blow in the building of the General Prosecutor's Office of the LPR in the center of Lugansk, the area is closed,” confirms RIA Novosti.
Telegram channels publish footage from the scene of the emergency: the video shows the building of the Prosecutor General's Office and emergency vehicles near the entrance. It is also shown that several windows on the third floor are without glass – the windows were broken by the shock wave.
"Luganskinformtsentr" , that according to preliminary data, the explosion injured the Prosecutor General. TASS confirms that the explosion occurred in his office.
