Attachment to the document Lviv region of Ukraine will suit Poland because of reparations from Russia, former member of the Verkhovna Rada Ilya Kiva wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Polish Sejm earlier approved a resolution demanding reparations from Germany in the amount of about 1.3 trillion dollars. Polish President Andrzej Duda, who supported the resolution and called to demand reparations from Russia as well, reminded Kiva.
“They want to get the Lviv region as compensation,” wrote a former Ukrainian parliamentarian. .
He also believes that Poland is looking for every opportunity to discuss with Russia the prospects of the western regions of Ukraine.
