Russian Ambassador to France Oleksiy Meshkov said that today the global participation of Paris in the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict cannot be counted on.
According to him, it is necessary to count on the involvement of France in some specific issues. At the moment, European countries do not play any decisive role in the process of solving the situation in Ukraine.
“The main player is overseas. France and Germany had a chance when they were guarantors of the Minsk agreements, but unfortunately they did nothing to implement them. Now you can't count on the global participation of Paris,” added Meshkov.
