Massive floods caused by torrent rain caused a state of emergency in the Canadian province of British Columbia.
As regional leader John Horgan said, the last few days have become incredibly difficult.
“Strong winds, torrential rains and floods have destroyed the entire settlements of our province,” he said. The media received an order to evacuate almost 18,000 people.
In addition, rampant elements confirmed the deaths of one person, with 184 people in the region being rescued.
