The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on its Telegram channel that a special plane took off from Cairo to take 117 Russians and their family members who were previously evacuated from the Gaza Strip to Moscow.
< p>“On the way they are accompanied by doctors and psychologists of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations,” the department notes.
A total of 550 people were evacuated from the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone, so far. But more than 900 people asked for help with evacuation. The evacuation of Russian citizens will continue to be carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
