Representative of the Moscow City Duma Jabloko Sergei Mitrochin was released from the police department after his arrest. His assistant Maria Chuprina announced it.
“He was accused of Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (organization or holding a public event without giving notice of the public event in the prescribed manner),” she said. Mitrokhin was detained on Thursday, December 16 in Khamovniki district at a meeting with voters on the issue of traffic reform.
