Haiti State The council calls local politicians and entrepreneurs. They want to be questioned in the event of the assassination of President Jovenel Moise. Everyone is due to arrive at the prosecutor's office in Port-au-Prince on July 12.

According to the Haitian newspaper Nouvelliste, referring to the head of the metropolitan prosecutor's office, Bed-Forum Claud, he called the opposition Pierre Reginal Boulos for questioning. Former Senator Stephen Benoit, former Senate President Juri Latortu and businessmen Dimitri and Jean Marie Worb will also be questioned.

Claude called a total of nine people to the prosecutor's office. Among them are four high-ranking national police officers who were responsible for the security of the assassinated chief of Haiti.

Meanwhile, the Haitian authorities are calling on US troops to protect the country's infrastructure amid political instability. The Haitian Senate, meanwhile, has already declared its spokesman Joseph Lambert as interim president of the republic.

After the assassination of President Moise, the government imposed martial law in the republic for 15 days. Eight Colombian citizens and two Haitian Americans were detained on suspicion of attacking the head of state.
