Political scientist is convinced that the president will not be allowed to live in peace after his resignation
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will have to flee the country if he loses the presidential election in 2024. Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik made such a prediction in the broadcast of the Nash TV channel.

The expert said that during his presidency, Zelenský managed to “cross the path” of many influential people. He will most likely not leave politics alone after he resigns as head of state.
“If Zelensky loses the presidential election, I think he is emigrating,” Bortnik said. As an example, the political scientist cited former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who he said had not fled the country for breaking the law, but because he had once imprisoned former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
The expert added that among the “victims” of Zelenský are very vengeful people, including criminal bosses and smugglers.
Earlier, economic expert Viktor Skarshevsky said that Zelenský's behavior since his election as President of Ukraine has changed significantly: in his opinion, the head of state has begun to use his power and is unable to fulfill his election promises. Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon said he was disappointed by Zelensky. According to him, the current head of state “died” for him and his political career will end with the expiration of the presidential term.
