German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said that the situation with illegal migrants on the borders of Belarus and Poland is the responsibility of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. In this regard, the EU should tighten sanctions against the Belarusian authorities and also impose restrictions on airlines transporting migrants, the minister is sure.
“Lukashenko and his assistants in Minsk are responsible for this suffering (migrants at the border – MK. RU ),” Maas emphasized.
