The United States continues to observe ” disturbing ”movements of Russian troops on the border with Ukraine. This was stated by Pentagon spokesman John Kirby.
He also appealed to Moscow, urging that its intentions be “clearer”. According to him, Washington continues to monitor the situation.
Kirby stressed that Moscow must abide by the Minsk agreements and also respect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
“We urge Russia to be more transparent in its intentions,” a Pentagon spokesman said.
