Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation declared the wanted press secretary of Meta (recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation, own social networks Facebook and Instagram).
As reported by TASS, a card with data on Andy Stone appeared in the database of the ministry.
The card says the US citizen is “wanted under Article of the Criminal Code”.
According to a number of Telegram channels, the card with Stone's name appeared in the Interior Department database back in February. Earlier this month, a Russian court ordered the arrest of an American in absentia under an article of promoting terrorism, according to which the Investigative Committee opened a case in March 2022 over Meta's decision not to block anti-Russian Facebook and Instagram users.
