In the background of the deteriorating situation in Russia – on the Finnish border, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, published a new tweet.
Earlier it was revealed that pro-Ukrainian companies in Finland placed a burnt T-72 tank brought from Estonia in front of the parliament in Helsinki.

This is not the first time that Medvedev has mentioned two fictional characters – Finnish boys. Earlier, in the conversations between Pekka and Matti, he especially illustrated the absurdity of Finland joining NATO.
