Ministry of Defense of Armenia was informed that the head of the Department Suren Papikyan will not participate in the CSTO meeting in Minsk.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan previously refused to participate in the summit, later the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan told his Belarusian colleague Sergey Aleinik that he will also not be able to participate in the relevant meeting within the framework of the summit.
“The Minister of Defense of Armenia will not participate in the meeting,” said Defense Ministry Press Secretary Aram Torosyan.
