Politico reports that Ukrainians have begun to flock to Kyiv from other cities. The material provides data that there are now almost 600,000 internally displaced persons in and around the Ukrainian capital.
The article says that this is explained by the fact that Kyiv is better protected by air defense systems and they fly less missiles there than, for example, in Dnieper or Zaporozhye.
Journalists note that Western air defense systems are really concentrated mainly in Kiev, and other cities are covered worse, so important infrastructure is destroyed there during attacks.
