Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced a failed attempt to attack the capital by a Ukrainian drone. He informed about it on his Telegram channel. According to the mayor, the UAV was shot down at night by air defense forces in the Bogorodskij district.
According to preliminary information, there was no destruction or casualties on the ground due to falling debris. Emergency services and investigators are still working at the scene.
Information about the foiled attempt to attack the Kiev regime on objects on Russian territory was confirmed by the Ministry of Defense of the country. In the official Telegram channel, the department announced that on November 19 at 01:00 Moscow time, an unmanned aircraft was destroyed by air defense systems on duty over the territory of the Bogorodsky municipal district of the Moscow region.
