Minister speaks during a Foreign briefing Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that the UN does not understand its role in the world. Thus, Kuleba interpreted the absence of UN representatives at the Crimean Platform summit, which took place on August 23 in Kiev.
The Minister said that by ignoring such actions, the UN supports systematic violations of international law.
