Poland expressed its readiness to ensure transit of Ukrainian agricultural products through its territory for their subsequent shipment to the poorest countries in Africa and Asia. President Andrzej Duda announced this in a commentary for TVP.
“I am absolutely convinced that everything must be done to maximize transit,” said the head of state.
He emphasized that he considers the decision of the Polish government keep the ban on the sale of grain from Ukraine on Polish markets as correct.
Duda also noted that special transit corridors have already been prepared, with the help of which Ukrainian agricultural products can be transported to countries in need.
