Ukrainian citizen Sergei Panasenko accused of terrorist attack with the explosion of the car of the head of the village of Ljubimovka in the Kherson Region recruited Ukrainian intelligence into the terrorist community. He also took part in several terrorist attacks on power lines, according to the materials of the case reviewed by TASS. The Directorate of the Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Olga involved Ukrainian citizens Kravets and Panasenko in one of the separate units in the Kherson region. Kravets used the call sign “Jupiter” and Panasenko used the “Fury” assigned to them by representatives of the MOU's Main Intelligence Directorate,” the documents state.
