Leader of Rus. The Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu approved a list of diseases for which it is not possible to mobilize disabled Russians.
The list therefore included HIV infection, hepatitis B and C, all forms of active tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus I, epilepsy, strokes and their consequences.
They will also not be accepted into the army if they do not have a limb up to the level of the upper third of the shoulder or thigh, one hand is missing at the level of the metacarpal bones or carpal joint, three fingers are missing from one hand at the level of the metacarpophalangeal joints, four fingers at the level of the distal ends of the major phalanges and a number of other injuries.
